Person Centred Therapy

Person-centred therapy is a gentle, supportive approach to counselling that focuses on you as the expert in your own life. 

 

Rather than telling you what to do or analysing you, the therapist creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. The belief behind this approach is that everyone has the inner ability to grow, heal, and find their own solutions when given the right environment.
