Christmas is fast approaching; a time for festive fun, festive food; and perhaps a few more glasses of wine than you would usually have. We all tend to let our hair down just a little (or a lottle!) over the festive period.

Some of us find it easy to slip back into already healthy habits at the end of the holidays, but for many of us, it's not so easy. 

January arrives, we regret the choices we've made over the Christmas period, and go on to punish ourselves with a strict (usually short-lived) soul-destroying diet.
